Raven Ranch is located near the heart of Gilbert, south of Warner Road between Cooper and Gilbert Roads. The homebuilder, Scott Homes, was a division of Robson Communities and has built many luxury homes and communities. White Fence Farms (a former Maricopa County Island) and the upscale Gilbert Town Square retail center border two sides of Raven Ranch. Common areas include a kid's playground, ramada with barbecue, basketball court, and several large grassy parks.
Raven Ranch is a residential community governed by a homeowners association established to maintain common areas, enforce community standards, and protect property values for all owners.
The Association operates in accordance with its recorded governing documents and applicable Arizona law.
The Raven Ranch Homeowners Association is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and operation of the community’s common areas and enforcement of adopted rules and architectural standards.
The Association is governed by a member-elected Board of Directors and supported by a professional management company acting under the Board’s direction.
