About the Artemina Community
Artemina is an established, family-oriented community in the heart of Gilbert, Arizona (85233), near the intersection of Cooper and Elliot Roads. Camelot Homes and Meritage Homes built the neighborhood between 2001 and 2003. It is a community of single-family homes.
The residences feature Santa Barbara and Tuscan-style architecture. Floor plans are one and two stories, about 1,700 to 4,300 square feet, with three to five bedrooms and garages for up to three cars.
Amenities for an active lifestyle include two neighborhood parks, two children’s playgrounds, basketball, pickleball, and volleyball courts, ramadas, and walking paths through greenbelts.
A homeowners association governs Artemina, manages these common areas, and maintains community standards. Heywood Community Management carries out day-to-day work for the board.
Families are served by Gilbert Public Schools. Students typically attend Islands Elementary, Mesquite Jr. High, and Mesquite High School. Downtown Gilbert, San Tan Village, and the US 60 freeway are nearby.

The homeowners association is responsible for managing association operations and addressing community-related matters in accordance with the association’s governing documents and applicable Arizona laws.
Association responsibilities include:

- Financial management and budgeting for association operations

Our association is professionally managed by Heywood Community Management, a local Phoenix Arizona HOA management Company.
Day-to-day administrative operations are handled by the Association’s management company on behalf of the Board of Directors.
